How does the berth reservation and deposit payment work?

Send an inquiry; we confirm availability and price; you receive a deposit request (online). After payment, the berth is secured.

What are the maximum boat dimensions (length/beam/draft)?

Max approx. 10.0 m / 2.5 m / 2.4 m (L/B/D). Depth at the pier ~2.5 m (lake level dependent).

Is shore power and water available at the pier? How are they charged?

Yes, at selected berths. Billed by actual consumption.

Do you assist with launching/hauling the boat and storing the trailer?

Yes, on request. Launch/haul-out, trailer parking and other services available.

Rentals

Do I need a boating licence (VMP), or are the boats licence-free?

Depends on the craft: wheel-steered motorboats and most sailboats require a licence (VMP); tiller boats and e-rowboats are licence-free.

Is a security deposit required, and how is damage handled?

Yes, a refundable security deposit applies. Any damage is settled per actual costs and rental terms.

Are fuel, life jackets and basic equipment included?

Life vests and mandatory gear are included; fuel/battery charged by actuals or flat rate (shown in booking).

Can the date be rescheduled due to weather?

Yes, subject to availability and safety; please contact us early.

How many guests is it for, and what facilities (bathroom/kitchen) are included?

Depending on unit 2–4 guests. Always private bathroom and kitchenette; see each unit page for details.

Check-in / check-out — when and how does it take place?

Check-in from 15:00 at the pier, check-out by 10:00. Key handover and short briefing.

Are pets/smoking allowed?

No smoking indoors; terrace per house rules. Pets on prior request (fee may apply).

Parking and access to the accommodation — how does it work?

Parking inside the marina; access and handover directly at the pier.

Bike ferry

Where are the boarding points and how often do you run?

Boarding: Hrdoňov (marina) and Svatý Tomáš (opposite shore). In season usually daily 9:00–18:00 per timetable; no service in bad weather.

Is a reservation required, or can we just show up?

No reservation needed; please arrive 5 min before departure.

How much is the fare and how can we pay?

Price per current tariff; pay on site using the available methods.

Do you carry e-bikes, trailers and strollers?

Yes, we carry bikes incl. e-bikes, scooters and strollers — subject to capacity and crew instructions.
